Naw, she’s not a sympathetic character. She’s an ugly demeaning stereotype.
Parks and Recreation isn’t that funny.
Like, women and the representation of women in politics is quite sparse as it is, so when a show comes along and presents a female character in a political environment and she’s presented as quite comical, out of touch and generally not too bright it doesn’t really amuse me. It just makes me sad.
This was literally the best thing about 2012/2013, like there was literally nothing that could top this
